My hubby doesn't eat red meat, so i tried this so he can enjoy a different way of eating chicken

Slice your chicken, put in a tray and into a freezer for like 3 mins to cool(not freeze)

Put the chicken,grounded nutmeg, ginger, the salt and choppped onions into a blender (i used nutribullet) and pulse for while until its finely done

Remove from blender, add egg white from the egg and mix well.

Roll into small balls and arrange in a baking pan and bake for 20min at 180°C
- 5
Fry onions till golden brown, add blended tomatoes and let cook for like 5 mins then add crushed garlic and cook for another 2 min.

Add your baked chicken balls, let it cook for like 5 minutes and serve with your preferred accompaniment: pasta, matoke,rice etc
