Steps

Take a pan add 2 Tbsp oil let it hot.

Add chopped potatoes,Fry it till crisps.

Another pan add 1 Tsp oil,let it hot.add mustred seeds,curry leaves,Green Chilli,saute it.

Add onion,ginger pink it.

Add tomato cook it 1 miniute.add turmric powder.

Wash the flatten rice or poha,soak it 2 miniutes.

Add it in the pan.stir it.add salt.cook it 3 miniutes.remove it from the flame.

Serve it in a bowl,add peanuts,boondi,& lime juice.

Serve it hot_hot.

It is very healthy dish for breakfast.boondi is made of besan flour,so peanuts & boondi are great sauce of protin & iron.potatoes & flatten rice have good amount of carbohydrates.

It is a healthy & delicious dish.about 5 pm we need a light & tasty things, who gives energy & tastes.
