  • 8 tbsBesan
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbsRed chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsCumin powder
  • 1 tbsCoriander powder
  • Water as required
  • Potatoes 3 medium

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and cut them as you like.

  2. 2

    Now in a bowl add besan and all the ingredients and mix.

  3. 3

    Now dip the potatoes (sliced) in the mixture and fry untill golden brown.

  4. 4

    Serve with sause.
