In a pot add your washed Guinea fowl, ginger and garlic paste, salt, seasoning, oregano, onions and cook until soft

Grind your red pepper, scotch bonnet, onions

In a pot, add red oil and sliced onions and allow to fry for a few minutes then add the grinded peppers and sliced tomatoes and fry for 10mnts minutes

Add the Guinea fowl stock and allow to simmer for 10mnts
- 5
You can serve with rice, spaghetti, macaroni, boiled yam or any thing
