  • Boiled Egg
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Tumeric
  • Parsley
  • cubesSeasoning
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Add about 2-3 tbsp water to bread to soak a little

    Drain bread and place in a bowl, add all other ingredients and mix well.

    Coat egg with bread mixture, and coat in breadcrumbs

    Set aside, dip in egg and fry.

    Fry all sides of egg till golden, drain and serve
