Karela kabab (bittergourd kabab)

Take three bittergourd wash and peel them,and marinate with turmeric powder and salt

After 15 minutes wash again and grate bittergourd, squeeze all the water from bittergourd

Now take a bowl add bittergourd, paneer, potatoes and cheese and bread crumbs

Add salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, dry mango powder and mix well

Now add green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves and mix well, now grease your hand with oil and make a kabab sahpe make all the kabab like this

Now take a grill pan put some oil, kababs are coat with bread crumbs, and put on heated grill pan

Shellow fry the kabab in low flame both the sides are crisp Serve with tomato sauce and green sauce. Enjoy
