Steps

First heat oil in pan add cumin and mustard seed and aesofetidea and let it crackle...add green chillies and curry leaves.

Now add chopped onion let it saute...then add chopped capsicum, beet and tomato and cook till all veggies soften and add crushed ginger

Now add suji and dry roast will all fried veggies add 1 tsp salt and add water accordingly...

Cook till suji absorbs water and becomes thick..now add tdpn sugar and ghee and mix

Garnish it with coriander leaves...serve hot
