Ingredients

20 minutes

  • 10 ounceschili peppers
  • 1sliced red onion
  • 1sliced tomato
  • 3 clovescrushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoonunsalted butter
  • 10 ouncesgrated cheese
  • Salt
  • 1 cupwater

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat pan and add butter

  2. 2

    Add the onion, the tomato, and the peppers into the pan

  3. 3

    Give the pan a quick toss

  4. 4

    Add the water and salt

  5. 5

    Cover your pan and cook until the peppers turn tender

  6. 6

    Turn off the heat

  7. 7

    Add the cheese and let it melt

  8. 8

    Enjoy!
