Ingredients

  1. 2 cupswheat flour
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 1 tspcarom seeds
  4. 2 tbspoil
  5. 2 tbspsattu
  6. to tasteSalt and red chilli
  7. 2 tspfennel
  8. 1 tspgaram masala
  9. 1 pinchhing
  10. as neededOil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix flour,and catom and salt and little oil,knead a dough. Mix sattu and all spices and 2 tbsp oil and make a mixture. Now roll out a small dough,stuff with sattu and roll again. Deep fry in hot oil
