Ingredients

3-4Potatoes
to tasteSalt
Onion chopped 1medium
2-3Green chillies
1 tspRed cilli powder
1/2 tspChilli flakes
1 tspCrushed and roasted coriander
1 tspWhole cumin roasted
Baking soda 1/2 tsp or pinch
1 tbsPomegranate dried (anardana)
1 tspQasuri methi crushed
pinchAjwain
Mint leaves chopped 3 tbs
1 tbsOil
Oil for frying
Gramflour 1 cup
Water according to requirement

First of all add all dried ingredients into a bowl

Now add water to it

Now make really good batter

Whisk it for 3 to 4 minutes

Now fry pakoras on medium flame until golden brown
6

Take them out when desired colour appears
7

Enjoy with ketchup or sauce u like
