  • 2Chopped pyax
  • Chopped hara dhanya half bunch
  • Chopped podina half bunch
  • 3Chopped hari mirche
  • Dhai ya mayonese 1 tbsp optional

    Pateele me chicken ko wash kar k dalien sath hi soaked dal r baki saray ingre dal k cook hone rakh dein.

    Jab dal r chicken cook hojaye to bhon lein.thanda hone dein.

    Ab masala k ingre ko mixture me mix karen phele ek egg dalien mixure dry lage r binding na ho to dusra egg dalien r hath ko halka sa geela kar k kabab bana lein.

    Taway pe oil garam karen r kabab ko fry kar lein.inhe ap aram se freeze karen r jab dil chahe use karen.
