Ingredients

  1. 3-4Potatoes
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. Onion chopped 1medium
  4. 2-3Green chillies
  5. 1 tspRed cilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspChilli flakes
  7. 1 tspCrushed and roasted coriander
  8. 1 tspWhole cumin roasted
  9. Baking soda 1/2 tsp or pinch
  10. 1 tbsPomegranate dried (anardana)
  11. 1 tspQasuri methi crushed
  12. pinchAjwain
  13. Mint leaves chopped 3 tbs
  14. 1 tbsOil
  15. Oil for frying
  16. Gramflour 1 cup
  17. Water according to requirement

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all add all dried ingredients into a bowl

    Now add water to it

    Whisk it for 3 to 4 minutes

    Now fry pakoras on medium flame until golden brown

    Take them out when desired colour appears
