Talk half cup maida,,add salt,,black pepper,,red chilli flakes,,white zeera,,and a pinch of backing soda.

Mix them,knead it smoothly with water.. so that thick mixture is formed

Take small amount of mixture on spoon and deep fry it in oil.

On the other hand..take yoghurt..whisk it..

Add the already fried Barre to the yoghurt..
