Ingredients

  1. 500 gmpotatoes
  2. 2 tbspcoriander powder
  3. 2 tspRed chilli powder
  4. 1 tspturmeric powder
  5. as neededSalt
  6. 2 tspoil
  7. 1 tspcumin
  8. 1 tspgaram masala
  9. 2 tspdry mango powder

Steps

  1. 1

    First wash potatoes and boil. Now peel and mash randomly,do not mash completely.

  2. 2

    Now heat oil add cumin,add potatoes and spices and mjx well.

  3. 3

    Cook well add dry mango and garam masala mix and serve.
