Chicken Croquettes

Boiled Chicken with adding salt, ginger, garlic paste and green chilli paste.

1 cup of stock for making white sauce.

Shred the chicken in very fine thin long shreds.

In a pan take butter heat and finnely chopped garlic and green chillies.

Saute till fragrant.

Add finely chopped onion.

Saute till light pink.

Add white flour and saute on low flame till turns light brown.

Add the chicken stock, milk and mixed well.

Now add cumin powder and mixed well.

Turn off the gas oven

Once it cools down add grated carrot, cabbage and coriander powder and mixed well.

Now let the mixture cool completely.

Once it cools down add egg and mixed well.

Take few drops of olive oil and rub your palm.

Take small portion of this mix and coat it with bread crumbs.

Roll evey croquettes and coat all with bread crumbs and leave it aside sometime.

Then beat egg in a bowl adding little salt to it.

Dip each croquettes in egg and deep fry then.

After frying keep them on tissue to soak the excess oil.
