1-In a pot, add cooking oil, onion, green chili, cumin and fry until light brown.
2-Now add, ginger & garlic paste, salt, chicken, yogurt, red chilli powder, red chilli crushed, coriander powder, cumin powder and cook it for 2-3 minutes. - 2
3-Now add, dry ginger powder (Sonth), hot water and steam it for 8-10 minutes on low flame.
4-Now add, flour with lukewarm water, garnish, fennel powder and lemon.
5-Your tasty Chicken Nihari is ready to serve.
