  2. 3grate carrots
  3. I grateful lemon
  4. 4 tbslemon juice
  5. 100 gsugar
  6. 2eggs

    Seive flour and mix in carrots and lemon

  2. 2

    Grease the tin and dust it.preheat the oven.

  3. 3

    Beat eggs and add ⅓sugar at a time while beating.

  4. 4

    Fold in flour till batter mixed welland add lemon juice to have the good consistency
