Ingredients

  1. 800 gramschicken with bones
  2. 1/4 cupghee
  3. 3onions chopped
  4. 6green cardamoms
  5. 3 tablespoonsginger garlic paste
  6. 200 gramscurd
  7. 4 teaspoonscoriander powder
  8. 2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  9. as per tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add ghee and oil and as it heats up add the chopped onions. As it turns golden brown in colour keep it aside and let it cool. In a blender add the fried onions with the curd.

    In the remaining oil of the pan add the green cardamoms and cloves whacked a bit and as it smells add the chicken pieces and fry them till they turn golden in colour. Keep them aside.

    Heat oil in the pan and add ginger garlic paste to it and the remaining spices (red chilli and coriander powder) add the chicken pieces and sauté them for 3 minutes. Add salt and cover and cook in simmer gas mode. Switch off the gas when the chicken tenderises. Serve hot! Happy eating!
