Ingredients

  1. 400 gmsPaneer
  2. 2 tbspLemon juice
  3. 1 tspGinger paste
  4. 1 tspChilli flakes
  5. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  6. 1 tspOil
  7. 1 tspOnion powder
  8. 1 tspBlack pepper powder
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 litreWater
  11. 1-1/2 tbspOil
  12. 2 tbspnoodles
  13. 150 gramscornflour
  14. as requiredOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl add paneer cubes,lemon juice, ginger paste,red chilli powder, chilli flakes,salt,oil, Onion powder and black pepper powder and mix it well

    Marinate for 30 minutes

    Take a pan add water,oil,and 1/4tsp salt and noodles and mix it well bring it to a boil

  4. 4

    Remove it from heat and drain the noodles

  5. 5

    Transfer it to a mixing bowl add corn flour and mix well spread it on a tray and rest for 20 minutes

  6. 6

    Heat oil in a heavy pan and deep fry these until it golden brown and crispy

  7. 7

    Serve hot with ketchup and green chutney
