Ingredients

  • 4servings
  • 1medium yam
  • 5large eggs
  • 1medium onion
  • 4fresh pepper
  • 2cubs of Maggi
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1/4 tea spooncurry
  • 1/4Garlic and ginger powder
  • Vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel yam

  2. 2

    Wash and parboil with salt

  3. 3

    Sieve the yam and let it cool down

  4. 4

    Mix your egg with greated onion,pepper,galic,ginger,maggi and curry

  5. 5

    Put the boiled yam and deep fry in the vegetable oil
