Ingredients

  • सुरती लोचो के मिश्रण के लिये:
  • चना दाल - 1 कप (200 ग्राम)
  • धुली उरद दाल - 1/3 कप (60 ग्राम)
  • पोहा - 1/3 कप (40 ग्राम)
  • तेल - 2-3 टेबल स्पून
  • 1-2हरी मिर्च -
  • अदरक पेस्ट - 1 छोटी चम्मच या 1 इंच टुकड़ा कद्दूकस किया हुआ
  • हींग - 1-2 पिंच
  • हल्दी पाउडर - 1/4 छोटी चम्मच से कम
  • काली मिर्च - 1/4 छोटी चम्मच
  • लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1/2 छोटी चम्मच
  • ईनो फ्रूट साल्ट - 1 छोटी चम्मच
  • नमक - 1 छोटी चम्मच (स्वादानुसार)
  • सुरती लोचो को सर्व करने के लिये:
  • हरे धनिये की चटनी - आधा प्याली
  • हरा धनियां - आधा प्याली
  • 4-5हरी मिर्च -
  • नीबू - 1 नीबू का रस
  • बारीक सेव - 1 प्याली
