Ingredients

  1. 1/2 Watrrmelon
  2. 1/2 Melon
  3. 80 gmsSugar
  4. 120 gmsWater
  5. 2 tspGeltain dissolved and activated
  6. 2 tspSeeds both
  7. 2 ladlefulCoconut Milk

Cooking Instructions

    Cut both fruits in medium chunks.

    Heat water in a pan and sugar and Coconut milk to dissolve properly.

  3. 3

    Now add dissolved gelatin and whisk properly.

  4. 4

    In a cake mould.Add 1 laddle mixture then add fruits.

  5. 5

    Now add all mixture slowly slowly add even seeds of both

  6. 6

    Now set it in freezer,demould it properly.Garnish it with black sesame seeds.

    Serve Chilled
