Ingredients

  • 1 cuppalak washed / spinach
  • 2-3 tbspwater
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspblack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    First take grinding jar and add palak in it. then add water.

    Add lemon juice, salt and black pepper in it. And blend it.

    Blend it very properly. So our healthy drink is ready. You can take everyday in morning. It's very yummy and tasty.
