Scrambled Eggs

Steps

Break egg and whisk and set aside, dice onion, pepper and bell pepper; add salt and maggi into the eggs and whisk very well.

Heat up oil in a frying pan and once its hot, add onions then the pepper and tomatoes after 2 minutes pour in the eggs and scramble
- 3
Add green bell pepper and scramble all together and turn off heat
- 4
Serve fried plantain, Irish potatoes in a plate then add scrambled egg.
