Steps

Peel yam cut into chunks, wash and pour into a clean pot. Add water salt and sugar and put it on fire

You know ur yam is cooked when a fork goes in through it easily. Drain and keep aside

Grate them onions ginger garlic pepper and stir fry.

Mash or pound yam, add seasonings spices and sauce and mint/parsley leaves and chicken chiunks

Mould into balls, coat in flour then egg then breadcrumbs and fry until it's done. U can serve it alongside a dip, like i did.
