  • Boiled rice n beans
  • Palm oil
  • Tomatoes paste
  • Grated pepper n onions
  • Palm oil
  • Sliced onions
  • Locust beans grinded
  • Water
  • Crayfish
  • cubesSeasoning
  • Salt
  • Jollof spices

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot heat up oil n onions,add grated peppers and paste n fry for few minutes

  2. 2

    Add water,crayfish,spices,salt,locust beans,seasoning cubes n bring to a boil

  3. 3

    Add rice n beans n stir. Allow to cook for 30minutes or till soft. Serve hot wv fried plantain
