  1. Boiled rice n beans
  2. Palm oil
  3. Tomatoes paste
  4. Grated pepper n onions
  5. Palm oil
  6. Sliced onions
  7. Locust beans grinded
  8. Water
  9. Crayfish
  10. cubesSeasoning
  11. Salt
  12. Jollof spices

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot heat up oil n onions,add grated peppers and paste n fry for few minutes

  2. 2

    Add water,crayfish,spices,salt,locust beans,seasoning cubes n bring to a boil

  3. 3

    Add rice n beans n stir. Allow to cook for 30minutes or till soft. Serve hot wv fried plantain
