Heat oil in a pot n fry with onions. Add tomatoes,grated onions n pepper n stir

Add water,curry n seasoning cubes, salt n bring to a boil

Add rice n allow to cook for 40mins till almost absorb. Slice onions n cover to simmer for 3mins,den serve
