  2. 1 cupImmli ka pani
  3. 1 tspRed chilli flakes
  4. Crushed roasted dhaniya
  5. 2 tbspChat masala
  6. Oil half cup
  7. pinchSour salt
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. Baking soda haltsp
  10. For garnish
  11. 1Onions
  12. Corriender
  13. Potatoes half kg

Steps

  1. 1

    First boil chickpeas by adding baking soda

  2. 2

    Then pour pan then add all spices then boil chickpeas then add immli water

  3. 3

    Then add salt and sour salt let them cook

  4. 4

    Then garnish chopped onions and corriender and boiled potato cubes
