In a container assemble all purpose flour dry Yeast sugar salt mayonnaise. Mixed together. Knead to a medium soft dough with lukewarm water. After 15 minutes add butter in the dough. Rest the dough for 3 hours in warm place. Dough should be very double in size then we knead it again

In a frying pan fry the onion slice and garlic slice. Assemble the fried onions and garlic capsicum slices coriander leaves. in a container add bread slice coriander leaves capsicum slices fried onion and garlic and all dry masala tomato ketchup soya sauce salt and mix up theme. In grinder paste boneless chicken and egg then add chicken paste and mix well.

Make small balls fry chicken balls in slow flame. Divide the dough into 3 section and shape them into balls. Roll out each ball and make square with knife. make a slit of the middle portion of each side leaving the centre intact

At cheese and tomato ketchup in the centre then add chicken balls in the centre. Take each corner and seal it in the upper portion of the chicken ball. Then pinch the dough of other two sides. Repeat the process again. Make the flower

Gently brush the flower with egg yolk and sprinkle some onion seeds. preheat the oven to 180 degree centigrade temperature bake the flowers for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter.
