Soak soyabean in water overnight

Discard water after 12 hours,rinse soyabean, remove skin as best as you can

Add soyabean and 1/2 cup of water to blender, blend until smooth paste add remaining water

In a heavy bottom pan heat milk to 100 degree Celsius for 15_20 minutes, stirring frequently

On top you see foam, remove with the help of spoon all foam
- 6
Stirring frequently to prevent sticking,boil for 10_15 minutes more on medium flame till desired consistency

Remove from heat,strain the mixture using muslin cloth or strainer

Cool the milk,use in milk shakes, icecream or make tofu
