  • 2 cupsmaida
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1/4 teaspoonbaking soda
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 to 1cupWater or as required
  • 1 spoonmelted ghee
  • As RequiredRefined for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In one bowl add all ingredients maida, curd,salt, baking soda

  2. 2

    Mix well

  3. 3

    Add water make dough neither hard nor soft

  4. 4

    At last add ghee and kept for 30 minutes.

  5. 5

    Now make circles and fry in pan
