Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsSuji or Semolina
  2. 1 CupDahi (khatti)
  3. 1 tsplemon juice
  4. 1 tablespoonBesan or Gram Flour
  5. 1 teaspoongreen chillies and ginger paste
  6. Pinchhing
  7. 1 teaspoonoil
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 sachetEno or one teaspoon Who
  10. For Garnishing
  11. 810 green chillies
  12. 2 teaspoonoil
  13. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds or rai l
  14. Few curry patta
  15. LeavesCoriander

Cooking Instructions

    Take Suji in bowl. Add besan, Dahi, ginger and chilli paste, salt

  2. 2

    Add lemon juice oil and hing.

  3. 3

    Mix well.

  4. 4

    Now add required water to make batter smooth.

  5. 5

    Keep this batter aside for atleast half an hour.

  6. 6

    After half an hour grease one thali and take steamer.

  7. 7

    Add little water because Suji will speak water. Put eno in batter. And put drop of water over it to activate Eno.

    Now Mix well and immediately put into thali.

    And steam for atleast 15mins. Insert knife and check the dhokla if it comes clean then dhokla is done. Allow it to cool.

    Take small Kadai. Put some oil and fry green chillies. After frying chillies in same oil add mustard seeds and curry patta.

    Pour this into Dhokla and cut into pieces.
