Senses Fried Chicken

I've always loved fried chicken, especially KFC. However, Senses fried chicken

Chicken parts
Salt

Flour
Chilli pepper
Garlic powder
Black pepper
Salt
Egg
Oil

Salt the chicken parts
Combine flour, chilli, garlic powder, black pepper and salt in a bowl
Break egg and add a little water to it, to make it loose
Dip the chicken in the flour mixture and shake it off. Then dip in egg mixture and then back in the flour mixture and deep fry.
***Make sure your oil is hot (but not too hot) so that the coating doesn't fall off and make sure the oil covers the chicken parts to ensure it's cooked on the inside never seemed to be spicy enough for my African palette. I got married and move to minna, and the food scene here is close to none. I had to make all the things I love to eat. This gave me a chance to start a food business and experiment with recipes. This is my version of fried chicken. #1post1hope
