Ingredients

  1. 1 ltrMilk
  2. 60 gmSeviyan
  3. 100 mlCondensed Milk
  4. 4-5Cardamom - Crushed
  5. 1 pinchSaffron
  6. 4 tbspGhee
  7. to TasteSugar
  8. Dry Fruits:
  9. 10Cashews
  10. 10Almonds
  11. 10Pistachio
  12. 10Raisins
  13. 15 gmChirongi

Cooking Instructions

    Chop all dry fruits into thin slices

  2. 2

    Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan. Add chopped dry fruits. Saute for 2-3 mints. Do not over cook. Keep them aside in a bowl.

    Heat 2 tbsp ghee in the same pan. Add seviyan. Saute for 3-4 mints. Seviyan will change colour to light brown.

    Add boiled milk. Mix and cook on low flame for 5 mints.

    Add dry fruits, condensed milk and cardamom seeds. Mix & cook for a minute.

  6. 6

    Add sugar & mix. Add saffron & mix.

  7. 7

    Garnish with dry fruits. Serve hot.
