Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgMutton
  2. 1/2 tspGinger paste
  3. 1/2 tspGarlic paste
  4. Ginger juliana cut
  5. 1 1/2 tbspShan Nihari Masala
  6. 2-3 tbspoil

  1. 1

    Method
    Mix all ingredients in mutton & keep aside for half hour
    Heat pan pour oil & pour marinated mutton cook till mutton tender
    Take a pan pour oil heat oil fried onion then make a tarka on Nihar garnish with lemon & Juliana cut ginger 😋😋😋
