Ingredients

  1. 1 kgPotatoes
  2. 8-10Capsicum
  3. 50 gmPaneer - Finely Chopped
  4. 3-4 tbspOil
  5. 1 tbspCumin Seeds
  6. 3-4Green Chilli - Chopped
  7. 1/2 tbspTurmeric Powder
  8. 1/2 tbspRed Chilli Powder
  9. 2 tbspGaram Masala
  10. 1 tbspCoriander Powder
  11. 1-1.5 tbspMango Powder
  12. 1/2 CupFresh Peas
  13. to TasteSalt
  14. 2-3Coriander Leaves - Chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Pressure cook all the potatoes & mash them. Keep them aside.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan or wok. Add cumin seeds, green chilli, garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, mango powder. Mix properly.

  3. 3

    Add fresh peas & salt. Mix well & cook for few minutes to soften the peas.

  4. 4

    Add mashed potatoes, chopped paneer & coriander. Mix properly to make smooth mixture.

  5. 5

    Cook for 1-2 mints & switch off the flame.

  6. 6

    Take capsicum & chop off the upper head and the inside.

  7. 7

    Fill in the freshly made potato mixture into it. Keep aside.

  8. 8

    Heat a flat pan & spread oil over it.

  9. 9

    Now at low flame roast all the sides of capsicum properly.

  10. 10

    Enjoy hot Bharwa Capsicum with chapatis.
