Steps

Pressure cook all the potatoes & mash them. Keep them aside.

Heat oil in a pan or wok. Add cumin seeds, green chilli, garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, mango powder. Mix properly.

Add fresh peas & salt. Mix well & cook for few minutes to soften the peas.

Add mashed potatoes, chopped paneer & coriander. Mix properly to make smooth mixture.

Cook for 1-2 mints & switch off the flame.

Take capsicum & chop off the upper head and the inside.

Fill in the freshly made potato mixture into it. Keep aside.

Heat a flat pan & spread oil over it.

Now at low flame roast all the sides of capsicum properly.

Enjoy hot Bharwa Capsicum with chapatis.
