Select the peanuts and remove the bad ones

Soak the peanuts in salted warm water for five minutes and drain out the water

Mix all the dry ingredients together

Lightly beat the eggs

In a sieve, big enough to hold the peanuts, sprinkle about two spoons of the beaten eggs on the peanuts, toss lightly, then sprinkle the flour mix on the peanuts. Toss and shake the sieve until the flour goes round.

Repeat the action in step 5 above until the whole peanuts are coated in flour.

Pour out in a baking tray, ensuring that no nut is on top of the other.

Bake on medium heat for 20 minutes, then stir the nuts, and bake again for another 10 minutes

Allow to cool and enjoy
