Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsLadyfingers (bhindi)
  2. Oil to deep fry
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. Gramflour (besan) 4 tbsp
  5. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspChaat masala
  7. 1/2 tspDry mango powder (amchur)
  8. Cumin powder (zeera) 1/2 tsp water few drop

Cooking Instructions

    ✔step 1

    Trim ladyfingers and halve them vertically. Further slice them into thin strips.

    Put the bhindi in a bowl, add salt, besan, red chilli powder, chaat masala, machine,cumin powder few drop of water and mix well, crushing lightly.

    Drop the slices into the hot oil and deep fry on medium heat till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

    Serve hot.Trim ladyfingers and halve them vertically. Further slice them into thin strips. ☺
