Ingredients

  • 500 gramFish
  • 1 tbsMusterd seeds Powder
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tspcumin Powder
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper Powder
  • 1/2Dry Mango Powder
  • 1tbsGinger Garlic Paste
  • to taste accordingSalt
  • As neededOil for fry
  • 1 tspChaatmasala

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix all the above mentioned ingredients(except oil) and keep aside to marinate fish for 30 minutes

    Heat oil in a pan and drop the marinated fish one by one fry them on a medium flame till golden brown and crisp

    Sprinkle chaat masala on fish and serve hot
