Steps

Cook the spaghetti and set aside.

Parboil the carrots, green beans and minced meat.

Heat little oil in a pan, add the onions, pepper, the veges, minced meat, seasonings and shallow fry.

Add the cooked spaghetti, mix thoroughly, sprinkle some little water and close to simmer, then serve.
