Ingredients

  • 4squid
  • 12raw king prawns
  • 1red pepper
  • 150 gmung bean sprouts
  • 1 packegg noodles
  • 75 gshiitake mushrooms
  • 1/2scotch bonnet chilli
  • 1/2 cancoconut milk
  • 1 tbsptoasted sesame oil
  • 1 tbspfinely chopped ginger root
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • 2 tbspvegetable oil
  • 2 tbspthai 7 spice
  • 1 tbspthai fish sauce
  • 1 tbspchopped fresh coriander

    Heat the wok and add the vegetable oil and the sesame oil.

  3. 3

    Add the ginger garlic and chili and stir for 10 seconds then add the chopped pepper and mushrooms. Stir fry until the peppers soften a little. Add the thai 7 spice and stir.

  4. 4

    Add the seafood and stir fry until the prawns turn pinkish.

  5. 5

    Add the beansprouts and noodles. Stir it all for a minute or two and add the coconut milk and the fish sauce.

  6. 6

    Stir fry a couple of minutes till the liquid is bubbling. Add chopped coriander at the last moment stir up and serve.
