Ingredients

1-cup

250 or 1/2 gms cupscoriander seeds
12 - 15chillies dried red
2 tbspnscumin seeds
lemon tamarind size
5 - 6 clovesgarlic
bunchcurry leaves of curry
to tastesalt

Get the ingredients ready.

Dry roast the above ingredients one after the other except tamrind and salt.

Let it cool down, add salt and tamarind and grind it to a semi-fine powder. Relish it with hot idlies or rice with a dallop of ghee.
