Ingredients

  • 150 gmsButter (Preferably Amul)
  • 2 cupsLight Brown Sugar
  • 3eggs
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 3/4 cupflour
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 3/4 cupunsweetened cocoa powder
  • 100 gmscooking dark chocolate
  • 50 gmsmixed nuts almonds,cashew and Walnut crushed roughly with rolling pin

    Melt Butter in a deep nonstick pan on low heat add brown sugar, mix well with a wooden spoon on very low heat for about 5 to 7 minutes until shiny and well Blended it's OK if the sugar hasn't melted. Remove from heat and cool completely stir it 2 or 3 times.

    Add one Egg to the cooled butter sugar mix. Mix well with wooden spoon. Add the second Egg and mix well again then the third Egg mix again. Then stir in the vanilla essence.

    Sift together flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder and mix dry ingredients with a whisk.

    Add the dry ingredients to the butter-Egg mixture and mix very gently with a spatula. Then grate the chocolate into the mixture and mix well again gently with spatula till chocolate is blended don't over mix.

  5. 5

    Grease an 8" square tin or line it with an aluminum foil and spray it with butter. Transfer the Brownie mixture into the tin. Now in the mixed nuts add 1 and a Half tsp of flour and coat well. Sprinkle it on the top of the Brownie mixture Bake for 40 minutes do not open the oven door when it's time up like 5 minutes before just test with toothpick.
