Put cooking oil in a preheated sufuria

Add onions and cook until light brown

Add garlic and cook for half a minute

Add the tomatoes and cook till a paste is formed

Add water and bring the mixture to boil

Under low heat dip the fish and cover to cook for about 5mins

Sprinkle coriander on top and set aside
