Wash and steam the fish with salt,onion and maggi seasoning.fry in bleached palmoil.

Peel the yam and roast keep turning to make sure both sides roast very well.

Cut uziza and onion...bleach palmoil fry onion and fresh pepper add salt to taste.mix ugba with ugba serve with roasted yam
