For samosa cover,Take bowl add 1 cup maida salt, hot oil and palak paste,make a dough like chapati

For chana stuffing,Take a kadai add oil in it. after that add curry leaves onion,onion will change colour add tomatoes sauté for few second

Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder, boil chana, chana masala and salt saute for few second and turn off the gas

For making mini samosa,take small round of dough and give oval shape

After that cut in two parts and make samosa shape,add stuffing,close the edges properly.

Take a pan put add oil for deep fry,add samosa on it,serve with sauce
