Ingredients

  • Cooked fusilli colourful pasta
  • Cooked broccoli
  • Sliced carrots,cherry tomatoes, bell peppers
  • Veggies of your choice
  • Crushed pepper
  • Garlic infused olive oil
  • Pear Raspberry vinegar or any vinegar
  • Eggless mayonnaise

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook pasta & broccoli. Keep aside.In a bottle or jar prepare dressing by whisking vinegar,or oil,mayonnaise & pepper powder.

  2. 2

    Take fusilli pasta in a large bowl.Add in all the veggies smear the dressing & mix well.Its done. Serve it chilled. One more healthy & yummy salad is ready without lettuce.
