Ingredients

  • Full chicken
  • Ginger and garlic 1 tablespoon grated each
  • 1 tablespoonGalam masala
  • 1 teaspoonTurmeric
  • Dhania one bunch chopped
  • 1green pepper chopped
  • 2medium onions chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 teaspoonWhite pepper
  • 1/4 cupnatural yogurt
  • 1 cuptomato purée
  • 2 tablespoonlemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate your chicken with all the ingredients apart from the green pepper and dhania. I marinated mine over night

    Remove your marinated chicken from the fridge and let it cool to room temperature before cooking

  3. 3

    Heat the oil and add the onions till well done,add some ginger and garlic,stir till you can smell the aroma.add in your marinated chicken stir and cook for about twenty minutes covered on low heat,add your tomato purée and cook till it's well cooked now add your seasoning and the green pepper stir in and garnish with dhania and switch off the heat and you chicken is ready to serve mine was served with pilau #enjoy.
