Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppishori rice
  2. 1 spoonPilau masala
  3. 1 spoonGrinded Ginger,
  4. 1/2Garlic
  5. 5Onions
  6. 2Tomatoes
  7. Salt
  8. Cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the onions and tomatoes separately, grind the ginger and garlic too. Then boil two cups of water.

    Into a dry sufuria, add two spoonful cooking oil. Heat for a minute. Then fry the onions till golden brown, add the garlic and fry to brown. Add the pilau masala mix, stir and fry till the mixture turns brown.

    Then add the tomatoes and fry to form a thick soup. Add a little salt.Now add the one cup of rice and stir for two minutes.

    Then add the boiled water and stir to mix well. Cover the sufuria at the top and leave it to Cook till the water evaporates. Now remove it to cool.

    Prepare kachumbari and serve while warm. Enjoy the meal.
